Making a canopy
We are going to make
a canopy from a ball.
get a ball. Primitive
> ball
Change to "Move".
Rotate it by x-rotate
button.
Enclose the half (lower
part) of it, and delete it. Selected > Delete
Make it longer by z-expand-redact
button.
And slide the end.
Arrange the side shape
to change each frame using y-expand-redact button, y-slide button, and
z-slide button.
Change to the view from
the top.
Make it narrower by x-expand-redact
button.
Arrange the shape by
selecting and arranging each frame.
Cut it at this point
to get a canopy frame.
Change to "Move"
Selected > set materials
to faces.
This is used in my basic
plane SK1.
